Choline During Pregnancy and Child Neurodevelopment
Most trial outcomes were null, with isolated favorable measures amid multiple comparisons. Critical limitations prevent confidence, so evidence is insufficient to support or refute a general neurodevelopment benefit.

Does supplementation of choline during or after pregnancies exposed to alcohol improve neurocognitive development of children?
Two prenatal trials suggested a memory benefit, while postnatal global-cognition evidence was low certainty and attention was highly inconsistent. This high-risk population cannot be generalized to routine pregnancy supplementation.

Efficacy and safety of choline alphoscerate for amnestic mild cognitive impairment
ADAS-cog improved more with alpha-GPC over 12 weeks and adverse-event rates did not differ. This short single-product result needs independent replication and cannot be generalized to ordinary dietary choline.
