What is stored without analytics consent
JIVANA stores your color-theme preference, privacy choice, and the item IDs you add to My stack in your browser. These preferences are used to provide the choices you requested and are not used to build an advertising profile.
If browser storage is unavailable or you clear it, the site may ask for your choice again.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, it helps us count visits and understand which pages people use so we can improve the site. Google may process technical and usage information under its own privacy policy.
Our configuration requests IP anonymization and disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals. We do not use analytics consent as permission for personalized advertising.
Correction reports
When you submit a correction report, we store the page URL, quoted claim, problem description, optional supporting-source URL, and optional reply email in a private editorial queue. Do not include personal health information. The report is retained while needed to investigate the issue and maintain a correction trail.
For abuse prevention, the server converts the request address into a one-way hash. The raw IP address is not stored, and the hash is cleared after no more than 30 days. Correction-report text is not sent to Google Analytics.
Change or withdraw your choice
Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. Open Privacy settings in the footer at any time. Declining disables future analytics collection from this site and removes Google Analytics cookies that this page can access. You can also clear site data in your browser.
