Effects of collagen supplements on skin aging: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
All trials pooled favored collagen, but non-pharmaceutical-funded and high-quality subgroups found no benefit. The authors concluded that current clinical evidence does not support collagen for preventing or treating skin aging.
