Fenugreek in type 2 diabetes and prediabetes
Glucose markers and some lipids improved, but insulin resistance, LDL, and body mass index did not. Mixing raw material, extracts, and combination therapy limits product-specific conclusions; mild gastrointestinal effects occurred and long-term clinical outcomes were not tested.
