Grape seed extract and blood lipids
Small pooled reductions were found for LDL (0.17 mmol/L) and triglycerides (0.11 mmol/L), with no overall effect on total or HDL cholesterol. Short-duration subgroup findings and lipid surrogates do not establish cardiovascular-event benefit.
