Coenzyme Q10 for heart failure

Moderate-certainty evidence suggested lower all-cause mortality and heart-failure hospitalization, driven largely by one or two trials. Every study had high or unclear risk of bias, and evidence for ejection fraction, exercise capacity, myocardial infarction, stroke, and adverse events was low, very low, or inconclusive; this is adjunctive heart-failure care, not self-treatment.
