Supplement evidence library

Supplements & research indexes

This is not a ranking of longevity pills. It is a claim-specific map of where evidence is established, conditional, mixed, emerging, or unsupportive.

02 / SCOPE

Validated for what?

A nutrient can be indispensable for treating deficiency while offering no extra benefit to a well-nourished person. A compound can improve a performance marker without preventing disease or extending life. That is why this library never calls a supplement “validated” without naming the use.

No supplement in this library has been shown to extend lifespan in healthy humans.

The number is an editorial index—not a rank or recommendation.

04 / RESEARCH BATCH

Follow the first 20 research reviews

The first editorial batch contains 20 high-impact supplement decisions and 60 claim-level questions. Priority reflects usefulness and safety—not a recommendation to take the product.

05 / COVERAGE

Check the full coverage index

Every topic in the 529-entry comparison directory now has a JIVANA page. Audited dossiers and provisional research indexes are kept visibly separate so discovery coverage is never mistaken for evidence review.

06 / SAFETY

Before taking a supplement

Start with the reason: a diagnosed deficiency, a defined symptom, a performance goal, or an experimental hypothesis. Then check dose, formulation, product testing, medicines, pregnancy, kidney or liver disease, and whether the measured outcome actually matters to you.

For readers in Japan, remember that products sold as health foods are not medicines. Concentrated ingredients can still cause harm or interact with treatment.
